What to expect
- You book a 90-minute sitting. Arrive for the start so the rooms stay calm between sittings.
- The town is themed play, not a multi-storey frame: Under the Sea, The Beach, Dinosaur Volcano, The Castle, The Farm Barn, and Sensory Space.
- An adult stays with their child for the whole sitting.
- Shoes off, socks on. Grown-ups too.
- No need to pick your food now. The café is walk-in when you get here, so you can choose what you fancy on the day.

Need a quieter visit or an adjustment? Tell us beforehand and we’ll be honest about what we can do.
Cancellations
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll move you to another day or put a credit on your account. Later than that we can't refund or move you, because the space has been held. If we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or a move to another day, whichever suits you best.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Bookwhen. We do not take card details on this website.
