Weekends: 09:00 to 10:30, 11:00 to 12:30, 13:00 to 14:30, 15:00 to 16:30.
Booking a sitting is advisable. Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed. The café is walk-in when you get here.

Parking is on Tenters Street, Bishop Auckland, DL14 7AD. We’re on Newgate Street in the town centre.
What to bring
- Shoes off, socks on for everyone going on the play floor, grown-ups too.
- A spare layer. The rooms are indoors but children run hot.
- Any sensory aids or comfort items your child usually uses.
