The booking

A play session is 90 minutes. £5.95 a child for the whole of September. Adults go free. Sessions run Tuesday to Sunday. Weekdays (Tuesday to Friday): 09:15 to 10:45, 11:00 to 12:30, 13:00 to 14:30. Weekends: 09:00 to 10:30, 11:00 to 12:30, 13:00 to 14:30, 15:00 to 16:30. Booking a sitting is advisable. Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed.

Bookings are made through Bookwhen. Payment is taken by Stripe. This website does not collect card numbers.

Who the session is for

We don't put an age limit on children, as they all develop differently. If your child still loves role play, please bring them along. An adult must supervise their child for the whole sitting. Adults go free.

Cancellations and refunds

Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll move you to another day or put a credit on your account. Later than that we can't refund or move you, because the space has been held. If we have to cancel, you will get a full refund or a move to another day, whichever suits you best.

Arriving and late

Come when you can and we will get you straight in. We cannot stretch the session at the other end, because the next sitting will be waiting.

Our house, our rules

By booking you agree to the conditions of entry and the house rules. We can refuse entry or end a visit if they are not followed, including where a child is left unsupervised.

Changes we make

If we have to cancel a sitting (fit-out, staffing, or something we cannot run safely) we will offer a rebook or a refund of the session fee. We open Sunday 30th August.
